Ascent Bridge's (SGX:AWG) request to the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) for an extension of time to file its annual return and to hold its annual general meeting has been denied, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Tuesday.
The company was seeking an extension of time to hold its AGM by Nov. 30 instead of Sept. 30 and to file its annual return by Dec. 31 instead of Oct. 31 for fiscal 2024 ended March 31, 2024.
The company now awaits the outcome of its extension of time application submitted to the SGX.
