L'Occitane CEO Steps Down, Board Sets Up Office to Share CEO Duties

L'Occitane (HKG:0973) Chief Executive Officer Laurent Marteau resigned effective Monday, according to a Tuesday filing with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

The board at the luxury beauty products manufacturer has established the Office of the Chief Executive Officer to take over the CEO post in the interim.

Chairman Reinold Geiger, Chief Financial Officer Samuel Antunes, and General Counsel Ingo Daues will form part of the office of the CEO.
