Isetan Singapore to Delist from SGX

Isetan Singapore (SGX:I15) will delist from the Singapore Exchange on Sept. 19, a company filing on the Singapore bourse said on Tuesday.

Trading in the company's shares was suspended on Aug. 29 with the Singapore High Court sanctioning a scheme of arrangement through which the company's parent, Isetan Mitsukoshi (TYO:3099) will take the company private after proposing to fully acquire the department store operator's shares for a consideration of SG$7.20 per share.
