Tenda Equipment and Services exercised its option to purchase a warehouse in Singapore from Cosmosteel (SGX:B9S) unit Kim Seng Huat Hardware for SG$8.55 million, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Tuesday.
The warehouse is located at 90 Second Lok Yang Road.
The buyer has paid a deposit of SG$360,000 in addition to the option fee that represents 5% of the consideration amount.
