Black Rifle Coffee went public by merging with special purpose acquisition company SilverBox Engaged Merger Corp. in 2021. Engaged Capital was one of the early investors in the veteran-founded coffee company. BRC (BRCC) reported a revenue decline of 3.2% in Q2 to $89 million and recorded a penny EPS loss for the quarter. \"While our headline growth in the quarter did not meet our expectations, business development efforts in our wholesale business continue to gain steam and will drive material growth over the next 12-18 months,\" stated Chief Financial Officer Steve Kadenacy on the quarter.
