** iShares 7-10 Year Treasury Bond ETF slips 0.2%

** Longer-dated yields rise, Treasury yield curve touches steepest level since July 2022 after Fed eases rates

** Yields move inversely to prices

** VanEck Fallen Angel High Yield Bond ETF , which tracks riskier corporate debt, gains 0.3%

** Including day's moves, TLT up 0.3% year-to-date
