Australian Vanadium (ASX:AVL) received on Friday a non-binding letter of interest from the Export-Import Bank of the United States (EXIM) for up to $31 million in debt to fund the development and construction of the Australian Vanadium Project in Western Australia, according to a same-day filing to the Australian bourse.
