Veea (VEEA) shares soared 72% on Wednesday after the company said it formed a partnership with Crowdkeep, an Internet of Things platform.
Under the partnership the companies said they will combine their respective technologies to offer an artificial intelligence-enabled multiaccess edge computing platform with 4G or 5G connectivity, an IoT gateway as well as a cloud backend for device and application management.
The companies said the combined Crowdkeep-Veea platform's capabilities and applications include automated attendance tracking, timesheet approvals and industry-specific functionalities, such as emergency response systems for schools and construction sites.
