A bankruptcy petition has been filed against Tse Wai Ip, an executive director of Clarity Medical Group (HKG:1406), by a certain Mok Chi Yuk in Hong Kong's High Court, a Wednesday bourse filing said.
The ophthalmic care provider said it is not a party to this petition and bears no liability related to it.
