Singapore Institute of Advance Medicine (SGX:9G2) was granted a two-month extension of time from the Singapore Exchange Regulation to release its fiscal 2024 results and to convene its annual general meeting.
The company was previously supposed to release financial results for fiscal 2024 by Aug. 29, and to hold its AGM by Oct. 31, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Wednesday.
The healthcare company also secured a two-month extension from its current deadline of Oct. 16 to issue its annual return for fiscal 2024.
