Prudential Plc (SGX:K6S, HKG:2378) repurchased 1,000,000 shares in London at an average price of about 6.52 pounds sterling per share on Thursday, according to a Friday filing with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
Upon cancellation of the purchased shares, the company will have 2,711,955,622 shares in issue, the filing said.
