The High Court of Namibia has ruled in favor of Lepidico (ASX:LPD) subsidiary Lepidico Chemicals Namibia to grant access to Public Road FR 1965, which leads to Lepidico's exploration tenement, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.
The Court ordered that respondent Ombujomenge Close Corporation be restrained from restricting access to the road, allowing the lithium hydroxide developer to finalize the negotiation of a new fieldwork agreement, the filing stated.
