CSC Holdings (SGX:C06) closed its Series 004 issuance of 3-month commercial papers in digital securities, raising gross proceeds of SG$12. million, according to a Thursday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
The issuance, which closed on Sept. 19, received demand from accredited and institutional investors, reflecting a 30.8% increase compared to the previous Series 003 issuance, which raised SG$9.2 million.
The Series 004 digital securities will be listed on the SDAX Platform and are set to mature on Dec. 19. Notably, certain directors subscribed for a combined SG$6.2 million, accounting for 51.6% of the issuance.
