Ek Design, a subsidiary of flexible office spaces provider EFC (I) (BOM:512008), has begun commercial production of furniture at its new manufacturing facility in Pune, India, according to a BSE filing on Thursday.
The new unit undertakes solid wood working, modular panel processing, metal pipe and sheet processing, coating, upholstery, and painting.
Shares of the company were up over 1% in recent trade.
