BioVie Shares Touch All-Time Low After Proposed Public Offering

Shares of BioVie dropped to all-time lows in the after-hours market Monday, following news the company is planning to offer shares in a public offering.

After the bell, shares fell to $1.46, losing 47% from the day's closing price of $2.80. The stock previously hit an all-time low of $2.07 on Aug. 6.

Year to date, the stock has lost over 77%.

BioVie said it is developing drug therapies to treat advanced liver disease and neurological and neurodegenerative disorders.
