XChange TEC.INC (XHG) said Tuesday it has entered into a securities purchase agreement with VG Master Fund SPC allowing the company to sell up to $25 million in 600,000 American depositary shares to VG.
The offering is part of a broader shelf registration statement filed on Sept. 29, 2022.
Shares of XChange surged more than 116% in recent trading.
