Shandong Hi-speed (SHA:600350) issued 74-day bonds worth 1 billion yuan on Monday, according to a Tuesday filing with the Shanghai Stock Exchange.
The bonds have a 1.98% rate and are due on Dec. 6, the filing said.
Shandong Hi-speed received 15 orders for the bonds worth 2.29 billion yuan with the highest subscription price at 2.01%, the filing said.
China CITIC Bank (SHA:601998, HKG:0998) is the bookkeeper and lead underwriter for the issuance while Industrial Bank (SHA:601166) is the joint lead underwriter.
Shares jumped 2% during Tuesday's afternoon trading.
