Qilu Expressway (HKG:1576) said Tuesday that the Jinan Changqing section of the Jihe Expressway will resume two-way traffic on Sept. 26, a Tuesday bourse filing said.
The expressway and highway construction company is aiming to resume two-way traffic in advance for the Jinan-Pingyin and Tai'an-Dongping sections in late October.
The company is also striving to resume two-way traffic for the Tai'an-Dongping section of the Jihe Expressway to the Wangguantun Stack Interchange section of Heze Rilan Expressway in December.
The expressway had seen half-width closure due to the company's reconstruction and expansion project. The firm is working toward the full resumption of two-way traffic on the Jihe Expressway by the end of 2024.
Shares of the company closed nearly 2% higher on Tuesday.
