近日，金浦钛业股份有限公司（以下简称“金浦钛业”或“公司”）收到公司副总经理朱正先生的书面辞职报告。朱正先生因个人原因辞去公司副总经理职务。朱正先生辞职后不再担任公司任何职务，其辞职报告自送达公司董事会之日起生效。截至本公告披露日，朱正先生未持有公司股份。
朱正先生在担任公司副总经理期间，恪尽职守、勤勉尽责，公司及公司董事会对朱正先生任职期间的工作给予高度评价，对其为公司发展所做出的贡献表示衷心感谢！
