GSS Energy's (SGX:41F) wholly owned subsidiary, Giken Sakata, has partnered with Estonia's 5.0 Robotics on smart manufacturing, a filing with the Singapore Exchange revealed on Friday.
The partnership will employ a mobile production unit called the Minifactory, powered by advanced robotics and numerical control systems.
The move comes as the company seeks to transition into Industry 5.0 and introduce human operators as part of the production process.
