H.B. Fuller (FUL) reported fiscal Q3 adjusted earnings late Wednesday of $1.13 per diluted share, up from $1.06 a year earlier.
Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $1.23.
Revenue for the quarter ended Aug. 31 was $917.9 million, up from $900.6 million a year earlier.
Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $944 million.
The company said it now expects fiscal 2024 adjusted diluted EPS between $4.10 and $4.20. The previous guidance was between $4.20 and $4.45. Analysts polled by Capital IQ expect $4.37. The company also expects revenue for the year to rise about 2%, versus previous guidance for an increase of 2% to 4%.
The company's shares were falling 8.9% in recent after-hours activity.
