Angel Yeast (SHA:600298) plans to issue bonds of up to 2 billion yuan publicly to professional investors, according to a Thursday disclosure on the Shanghai Stock Exchange.
The bond may be issued in tranches within 20 years.
The proceeds from the issuance will be used to fund the Chinese yeast producer's working capital and projects, as well as pay its debts, the disclosure said.
