Zheneng Jinjiang Environment (SGX:BWM) repurchased 20,600 shares at about SG$0.36 to SG$0.365 apiece, according to a Wednesday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
The company has bought back 3.7 million treasury shares, representing 0.253% of its issued shares. The total cost of the recent buyback was SG$7,453, with nearly 1.45 billion shares outstanding post-transaction.
