Orange (ORAN) said Wednesday that it is planning to delist its American depositary shares from the New York Stock Exchange and deregister from the US Securities and Exchange Commission voluntarily, after considering "the significant financial and administrative requirements" of retaining the NYSE listing and SEC registration.

The French telecom company said it plans to file its Form 25 with the SEC during Q4 to delist its ADRs, followed by the filing of a Form 15F to deregister from the SEC.
