China Power International Development's August Electricity Sales Up 22%

China Power International Development (HKG:2380) sold nearly 11.2 million megawatt-hours of electricity in August, up 22% from the year-ago period, a Wednesday bourse filing said.

From January to August, the power supplier's total electricity sold rose by 31% year over year to around 87.8 million megawatt-hours.
