Midea Group (HKG:0300, SHE:000333) will receive about HK$4.61 billion for the 84,893,200 H shares to be issued following the full exercise of the over-allotment option under its HK$27 billion initial public offering, a Wednesday bourse filing said.
Following the completion of the exercise of the over-allotment option, around 8.5% of the electrical appliances manufacturer's shares will be held by the public.
