Farmers & Merchants Bancorp Boosts 3Q Dividend

The board of Farmers & Merchants Bancorp raised the quarterly cash dividend by 0.125 cents, to 22.125 cents a share.

The payout, equal to 88.5 cents a year, represents an annual yield of about 3.2% based on Tuesday's closing price of $27.44 a share.

The Archbold, Ohio, holding company of F&M Bank said the new dividend will be paid on Oct. 20 to shareholders of record as of Oct. 4.
