Power Assets' (HKG:0006) subsidiary CK William Midco 3 and its partners bought more shares in their joint venture, CK William UK, according to a Wednesday filing with the Hong Kong Exchange.
CK William Midco 3, CK William Micdo 1 and CK William Midco 2 subscribed to 1,542 shares, 3,084 shares and 3,084 shares for 15.4 million euros, 30.8 million euros, and 30.8 million euros in CK William, respectively.
On the same day, Midco 3, Midco 1 and Midco 2 agreed to purchase up to 570 additional shares, up to 1,140 additional shares and up to 1,140 additional shares for 5.7 million euros, 11.4 million euros, and 11.40 million euros in CK William, respectively.
The parent companies of Midco 3, Midco 1 and Midco 2 hold 20%, 40%, and 40% equity interest in CK Williams, respectively and they will not change due to the subscriptions.
The electric utility company's shares closed over 2% lower on Thursday.
