Carote (HKG:2549) raised HK$571 million from its initial public offering in Hong Kong at HK$5.78 apiece, Bloomberg News reported Monday, citing people familiar with the matter.

Carote's Hong Kong portion of the offering has been 1,300 oversubscribed, the report said, citing the sources.

The Chinese kitchenware manufacturer has attracted capital investors such as Hillhouse Investment and Shunwei Capital to its initial public offering in Hong Kong, the report said, citing the sources.

Carote will start trading in Hong Kong on Wednesday.
