PNE PCB Proposes to Sell Property in Johor, Malaysia for MYR24 Million; Shares Rally 10%

PNE PCB (KLSE:PNEPCB) signed a deal for the proposed sale of a double-storey detached factory, annexed with a double-storey office building in Johor, Malaysia, for 24 million ringgit.

The property will be purchased from Handal Indah, according to a Friday Malaysian bourse filing.

The proposed sale is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2025, the manufacturer of printed circuit boards noted.

Shares jumped 10% recently.
