TTEC Holdings Receives Proposal From CEO Kenneth Tuchman to Take Company Private

TTEC Holdings (TTEC) said on Monday its Board had received an unsolicited proposal from founder and CEO Kenneth Tuchman to take the company private at a purchase price of $6.85 per share.

Tuchman currently owns about 58% of the company's stock.

The company said the board has established a special committee consisting of independent directors to evaluate the proposal and determine the appropriate course of action and process.

It added that a definitive offer or agreement is not guaranteed, and it is not obligated to provide updates on the process unless required by law.
