CVS Health Unit Aetna Announces Medicare Plans for 2025

CVS Health (CVS) unit Aetna on Tuesday announced its Medicare products for next year.

The health insurer said it will expand its Medicare Advantage Prescription Drug, or MAPD, plans for next year to additional 76 new counties.

The company said it will also expand its Medicare Advantage, or MA-only, plans to 43 states plus D.C. and 2,060 counties.

Aetna said some members will be able for $0 copays for primary care visits and tier 1 drugs, as well as dental, vision, hearing, and fitness benefits such as SilverSneakers.

Prescription drug coverage will include a $2,000 cap on out-of-pocket expenses for covered drugs, as well as $0 deductibles for Tier 1 and Tier 2 medications, Aetna said.
