ModivCare (MODV) said late Tuesday it has collected all of the roughly $60 million in contract receivables that were previously reported as delayed.
The company also amended a credit agreement with JPMorgan Chase Bank (JPM) and other lenders to increase the net leverage ratio covenant to 6.50x from 5.25x and reduce the minimum interest coverage ratio covenant to 2.00x from 2.75x for the quarter ended Sept. 30.
