VCI Global (VCIG) got a $30 million investment commitment from Alumni Capital in exchange for shares.
The investment will reinforce the planned development in artificial-intelligence cloud computing in Q2 2025, VCI Global said Tuesday in a statement.
The company holds the right to either access the funds or forgo the drawdown. The commitment follows an earlier investment of $5 million by Alumni Capital.
VCI Global said its VC AI unit will launch the AI computing center in Malaysia equipped with 512 NVIDIA H200 Tensor Core graphics processing units.
