StandardAero (SARO) shares soared 33% amid heavy trading after the provider of aerospace engine aftermarket services debuted on the New York Stock Exchange on Wednesday.
More than 16.1 million shares traded intraday.
Fangdd Network (DUO) said Tuesday it struck an agreement to sell about 1.6 million class A ordinary shares at $1.55 apiece in a registered direct offering.
Shares advanced 18%, with intraday trading volume at 71.9 million versus the stock's daily average of about 11.3 million.
iCoreConnect (ICCT) said late Tuesday that it signed an agreement to divest its managed service provider division to The 20, through an asset sale.
The company expects the move will generate capital that will reduce debt and allow reinvesting in core areas. It also expects the decision to result in an improvement in its profit margins.
Shares surged 57% as intraday trading volume soared to over 87.8 million from a daily average of about 124,000.
