Allegro Culture (HKG:0550) disposed of 11,574,000 Kingkey Financial International's (HKG:1468) shares, a 1.05% of the issued share capital of Kingkey Financial, on the market for HK$9.5 million at an average price per share of HK$0.82, a Monday filing with the Hong Kong Exchange said.
The advertising, e-commerce and healthcare products company stands to recognize a loss on disposal of HK$3.4 million. The proceeds from the disposal are intended for the general working capital of the group.
