Pure Hydrogen (ASX:PH2) signed a memorandum of understanding with US-based ETHERO Truck + Energy, outlining terms for the company to supply hydrogen fuel cell electric and battery electric vehicles to the US market, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian Securities Exchange.
The company expects supply to start in 2025, subject to ETHERO's approval, and safety and performance testing, the filing said.
Pure Hydrogen shares surged 29% in recent trade.
