Winding-Up Petition Against Alco Holdings Withdrawn in Hong Kong's High Court

Alco Holdings (HKG:0328) said a winding-up petition against the company in Hong Kong's High Court was withdrawn on Sept. 30, according to a Wednesday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.

Shanghai Commercial Bank previously filed the winding-up petition to recover about $2.6 million owed, including interest accrued by Alco Electronics, a former company unit. Alco Holdings was the guarantor in the debt.
