USPACE Technology Chairman Resigns; Successor Named

USPACE Technology Group (HKG:1725) said Sun Fengquan resigned as the board's chairman, according to a Wednesday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.

Mohamed Ben Amor will succeed Sun as the new chairman of the board. Both changes are effective Oct. 2.

Ben Amor is currently the general director of the Arab Information and Communication Technologies Organization, which works with the support of the Arab League.
