Zheneng Jinjiang Environment (SGX:BWM) repurchased 51,300 shares on the market for SG$20,110.12 on Thursday, with SG$0.395 as the highest price paid per share and SG$0.390 as the lowest per share price, a same-day filing with the Singapore Exchange said.
The waste-to-energy company has so far repurchased 3,957,800 shares out of the 145,402,470 shares it is authorized to repurchase.
The company's shares closed nearly 3% higher on Thursday's close.
