CSCIF Hong Kong, a unit of China Securities or CSC Financial (SHA:601066, HKG:6066), issued medium-term bonds amounting to $264 million, according to a Monday disclosure on the Shanghai Stock Exchange.
The bonds were issued in two tranches. Type 1 amounted to $150 million and has a three-year term, while Type 2 is worth $114 million and has a term of 364 days.
The Chinese securities company provided an unconditional and irrevocable guarantee of $267 million for the issuer's payment obligations for the bonds, the disclosure added.
