Brainhole Technology Buys Shares in Beike; Shares Jump 25%

Brainhole Technology (HKG:2203) purchased shares in housing company Beike (HKG:2423) and online brokerage Up Fintech, according to a Thursday filing with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

The electronic parts maker bought 147,000 shares in Beike for HK$10 million and 396,000 shares in Up Fintech for $3 million, the filing said.

Brainhole also purchased 41,800 American depositary shares of Beikefor $1 million, according to the filing.

The company also sold 33,600 shares in storage company Micron for $3.4 million, the filing said.

Shares in Brainhole surged 21% while Beike shares jumped 8% during Friday's afternoon trading.
