NewMarket Chief Financial Officer to Step Down at End of December; Names Successor

NewMarket (NEU) said late Thursday William Skrobacz will step down as chief financial officer, effective Dec. 31, and retire from the company in 2025.

Timothy Fitzgerald, who has been the company's finance director since January, will succeed Skrobacz as CFO, effective Jan. 1.
