Shanghai AJ (SHA:600643) subsidiary Shanghai Huarui Financial Leasing signed a finance lease deal with Juneyao Airlines' (SHA:603885) low-cost unit 9 Air for a Boeing 737 series aircraft, according to a Tuesday filing with the Shanghai Stock Exchange.
The parties will start leasing according to the delivery time notified by the manufacturer, the filing said.
Total rent and service fees will not exceed 6 million yuan as of May 9, 2025, the filing said.
