Mori Trust REIT (TYO:8961) has secured a 4 billion yen loan from Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corp. at a fixed interest rate of 0.93190%, to repay an existing debt of a similar amount, according to its filing on Monday.
The new unsecured, unguaranteed loan, drawn on Oct. 9, will be repaid in a lump sum by March 31, 2028.
The existing loans consist of 3 billion yen borrowed on Oct. 9, 2020, and 1 billion yen borrowed on April 9, 2021, both from Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corp.
