Arizona Lithium (ASX:AZL) agreed to sell non-core acreage and data at its Prairie lithium project in Saskatchewan, Canada to Homestead Energy for AU$11 million, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.

The sale does not affect the company's plan for the Prairie project, and no shares will be issued in the transaction, the filing stated.

The company's shares rose past 6% in recent Monday trade.
