Foremost Clean Energy Completes Phase One of Denison Mines Deal

Foremost Clean Energy (FMST) said Monday it has completed phase one of its transaction with Denison Mines (DNN), acquiring 20% of Denison's interest in 10 uranium exploration properties in northern Saskatchewan's Athabasca Basin and becoming the operator of the exploration properties.

As part of the deal, Denison received 1.37 million Foremost shares, Foremost said.

Foremost also appointed Denison's Chief Executive Officer David Cates to its board.
