Enviva Shares to be Delisted From NYSE Following Amended Chapter 11 Filing; Trading Suspended

MT Newswires Live10-05

The New York Stock Exchange said Friday it has decided to commence the delisting process involving Enviva (EVA) common shares and suspend the trading of the stock immediately.

The exchange said Enviva is no longer suitable for listing after the company and certain of its subsidiaries filed an amended joint Chapter 11 plan of reorganization with the US Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.

Enviva has a right to review the NYSE panel's determination to delist the stock, the exchange said.
