Maoming Petro-Chemical Shihua (SHE:000637) subsidiaries sought 390 million yuan in revolving credit lines from China CITIC Bank (HKG:0998, SHA:601998), according to a Tuesday filing with the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
Maoming subsidiary Dongcheng sought a 240 million yuan credit line while Zhanjiang Shihua sought a 150 million yuan credit line, the filing said.
The term will not exceed three years, according to the filing.
Maoming's shares closed 3% higher during Tuesday's trading.
