Criteo, Belk Collaborate to Launch Retail Media Division

Criteo (CRTO) said Tuesday it entered into a collaboration with Belk to launch the company's retail media division, the Belk Media Network.

Financial details weren't disclosed.

The partnership offers national brands in apparel, accessories, beauty, and home to boost awareness and sales on Belk's properties through sponsored products and onsite displays, with plans for more formats in 2025, the company said.

Shares of Criteo were up 2.1% in recent Tuesday trading.
